Returns & Exchange Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, in rare cases of transit damage, we’re here to help.
 
Returns Accepted Only If:
  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • You provide clear unboxing video proof and images showing the damage.
  • (The unboxing video must start before opening the package and clearly show the issue.)
No Returns / No Refunds
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason other than verified transit damage.
  • Returns are not accepted for size preference, color variation due to screen differences, or change of mind.
  • Used, washed, or altered products are not eligible for return.
 
Replacement Process
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement of the same product (subject to stock availability).
  • If the same product is unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
